‍ ‍Now Open! Call for Region 1 Elected Officer Nominations

Interested in engaging more with NCURA? Looking to increase your professional network and engagement? Have some ideas for Region I? Your opportunity awaits – officer nominations are open as of Monday, May 11!

The Region I Governance Committee is accepting nominations for Region I positions of Chair-Elect, Treasurer-Elect and Secretary-Elect. The election will be held in July, with “Elect” terms starting January 1, 2027; terms as Chair, Treasurer and Secretary will begin in January 2028.

To submit a nomination for yourself or another Region I member, please forward a letter (limit one page) to: governance@ncuraregioni.org. The letter should include:

  • a shortened resume that includes research administration experience

  • a summary of past NCURA experience to indicate the individual’s qualifications for the position.
