Title: Build Your Own Board and Other Perspectives on Mentorship

Description: This session will explore various types of mentorship and will focus on the concept of learning to build your own board.  Through this session, we will discuss how to build your own board and the vision for this year’s Region 1 PDC through the lens of helping you to build your own board by helping you to identify colleagues in the field whose experiences resonate with you and/or challenge your perspective.  This session will help you to build a roadmap for action. 

Speaker: Amanda Humphrey, Northeastern University & NCURA Region 1 PDC Chair

Audience: EVERYONE, whether you are interested in being a mentor or a mentee, or whether you have been in the field for 3 months or 30 years, this session is for you.  This session is intended to build community and confidence for all.
