Description: This session will explore various types of mentorship and will focus on the concept of learning to build your own board. Through this session, we will discuss how to build your own board and create a roadmap for identifying and engaging potential "board members”. We will discuss how this format can help you build out your network for career development internally and externally in efficient and effective ways. This session will help you to build a roadmap for action.
