Wicked Good Chats: Build your Own Board and Other Perspectives on Mentorship

  • Description: This session will explore various types of mentorship and will focus on the concept of learning to build your own board.  Through this session, we will discuss how to build your own board and create a roadmap for identifying and engaging potential "board members”.  We will discuss how this format can help you build out your network for career development internally and externally in efficient and effective ways.  This session will help you to build a roadmap for action.  

  • Speaker: Amanda Humphrey, Northeastern University & NCURA Region 1 PDC Chair

  • Audience: EVERYONE, whether you are interested in being a mentor or a mentee, or whether you have been in the field for 3 months or 30 years, this session is for you.  This session is intended to build community and confidence for all.
